I&T Services is managed by Director Mike Chea.  Mr. Chea has over 12 years of experience in the field of interpreting and translating.  He is a member of the American Translators Association and the National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators.  He is a certified medical and court interpreter, and fluent in Cambodian. 

We’re part of the International Institute of Rhode Island, a nonprofit agency founded in 1921 to help immigrants and refugees to the United States become successful, productive citizens.
